CHAP. 518.— An Act Granting a pension to Josephine M. Dustin. April 16, 1902.[[Private, No. 443](/us/pvtl/57/443).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Josephine M. Dustin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine M. Dustin, widow of Miles G. Dustin, late of Company E, Sixteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1902.
