CHAP. 513.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Otillia M. Smoot. April 16, 1902.[[Private, No. 438](/us/pvtl/57/438).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Otillia M. Smoot.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1335laws, the name of Otillia M. Smoot, widow of George W. Smoot, late acting master’s mate, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 16, 1902.
