CHAP. 511.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Horatio N. Warren. April 16, 1902.[[Private, No. 436](/us/pvtl/57/436).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Horatio N. Warren.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Horatio N. Warren, late lieutenant-colonel One hundred and forty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
