CHAP. 51.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth D. Harding. December 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 40](/us/pvtl/57/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth D. Harding.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth D. Harding, widow of Isaac N. Harding, late of Company H, Fortieth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension tit the rate of eight dollars per month, Approved, December 27, 1902.
