CHAP. 506.— An Act For the relief of H. Glafcke. February 6, 1903.[[Private, No. 444](/us/pvtl/57/444).] Preamble.Whereas H. Glafeke, a deputy collector of internal revenue for the district of Colorado during the fiscal year nineteen hundred, failed to receive balance due him on account of traveling expenses for that year; and Whereas, while said claim is justly due and owing said H. Glafeke, it is now barred by the statute of limitations: Therefore, *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, H.
Glafeke.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to H. Glafeke the sum of 1605one hundred and ten dollars and thirty-nine cents, being the balance due for necessary traveling expenses as deputy collector of internal revenue for the district of Colorado for the fiscal year ended June thirtieth, nineteen hundred.
