CHAP. 50.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frances M. Reilly. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 25](/us/pvtl/57/25).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frances M. Reilly.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1243 laws, the name of Frances M. Reilly, widow of Henry J.
Reilly, late captain Light Battery F, Fifth Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at. the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Henry J. Reilly until they shall reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 27, 1902.
