CHAP. 497.— An Act Granting a pension to Augusta Turner. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 431](/us/pvtl/57/431).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Augusta Turner.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Augusta Turner, widow of John E. Turner, late of Company C, Fourth Battalion, District of Columbia Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1902.
