CHAP. 496.— An Act Granting a pension to John S. Nelson. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 430](/us/pvtl/57/430).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John S. Nelson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John S. Nelson, late wagon master, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and Hooker’s Division, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1902.
