CHAP. 491.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frances Gurley Elderkin. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 425](/us/pvtl/57/425).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frances Gurley Elderkin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances Gurley Elderkin, widow of William Anthony Elderkin, late colonel and assistant commissary-general of subsistence, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
