CHAP. 490.— An Act For the relief of Paymaster James E. Tolfree, United States Navy. February 5, 1903.[[Private, No. 428](/us/pvtl/57/428).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James E. Tolfree.Reimbursement of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in die Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James E. Tolfree, pay-master, United States Navy, the sum of four thousand dollars, said sum to be a payment in full for all losses of both Government and personal property incurred by him by reason of the destruction by fire of the Windsor House, at Yokohama.
