CHAP. 488.— An Act Granting a pension to Sarah A. Carter. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 422](/us/pvtl/57/422).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Surah A. Carter.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah A. Carter, dependent mother of Joseph S. Carter, late of Captain Cobb’s company, Maine State Guards Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1902.
