CHAP. 480.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Leroy S. Smith. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 414](/us/pvtl/57/414).] *Be it enacted by the Senate an d House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Leroy S. Smith.Pension Increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Leroy S. Smith, late of Company A, Sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry and first lieutenant Company G, Fourteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
