CHAP. 463.— An Act Granting a pension to Matilda A. Marshall. February 4, 1903.[[Private, No. 407](/us/pvtl/57/407).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Matilda A. Marshall.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matilda A. Marshall, widow of D. Frank Marshall, late of Company K, Second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1903.
