CHAP. 46.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel Hyman. December 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 35](/us/pvtl/57/35).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Samuel Hyman.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1513 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel Hyman, late of the Baltimore Battery Maryland Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate Of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, December 27, 1902.
