CHAP. 451.— An Act Granting a pension to Alida Payne. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 385](/us/pvtl/57/385).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alida Payne.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alida Payne, the helpless and dependent daughter of John A. Payne, late of Company E, Thirty-ninth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1902.
