CHAP. 442.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary King. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 376](/us/pvtl/57/376).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary King.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marv King, dependent mother of Michael King, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1902.
