CHAP. 44.— An Act Granting a pension to Abbie Bourke. December 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 33](/us/pvtl/57/33).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Abbie Bourke.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Abbie Bourke, widow of David Bourke, late master at arms.
United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said David Bourke until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, December 27, 1902.
