CHAP. 438.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Horace Fountain. February 4, 1903.[[Private, No. 382](/us/pvtl/57/382).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Horace Fountain.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the [tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Horace Fountain, late of Company K, Seventy-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at. the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
