CHAP. 436.— An Act Granting a pension to Alice Bozeman. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 370](/us/pvtl/57/370).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alice Bozeman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alice Bozeman, the helpless and dependent daughter of Phineas L. Bozeman, late of Captain Lawler’s company, Illinois Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1902.
