CHAP. 430.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to George McDaniel. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 364](/us/pvtl/57/364).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George McDaniel.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George McDaniel, late of Company H, One hundred and forty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1902.
