CHAP. 426.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to La Myra V. Kendig. April 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 360](/us/pvtl/57/360).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the La Myra V. Kendig.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place op the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1318laws, the name of La Myra V. Kendig, widow of Harry S.
Kendig, late of Company A, One hundred and sixty-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1902.
