CHAP. 412.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emily J. Tallman. April 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 351](/us/pvtl/57/351).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emily J. Tallman.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place, on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily J. Tallman, widow of Charles C.
Tallman, late of Company B, Eighteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer 1316Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per *Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child.month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, however*, That in the ease of the death of the helpless son, William C. Tallman, on whose account the pension of Emily J. Tailman is increased, the pension of said Emily J. Tailman shall continue only at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the death of said helpless son.
