CHAP. 407.— An Act Granting a pension to Laura A. Van Wye. April 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 346](/us/pvtl/57/346).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Laura A. Van Wye.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura A. Van Wye, the dependent and helpless daughter of John C. Van Wye, late of Company H, Seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 4, 1902.
