CHAP. 404.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Samuel Welch. February 4, 1903.[[Private, No. 348](/us/pvtl/57/348).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Samuel Welch.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of and grant an honorable discharge to Samuel Welch, late private, Company F, Third Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry, and now a *Proviso.*No pay, etc.resident of Delton, Wisconsin: *Provided*, That no pay or allowances shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act.
