CHAP. 404.— An Act Granting a pension to Alice Angel. April 4, 1902.[[Private, No. 343](/us/pvtl/57/343).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alice Angel.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alice Angel, helpless and dependent daughter of James J. Angel, late of Captain McClelland’s Company, Tennessee Volunteers, Cherokee Indian disturbances, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 4, 1902.
