CHAP. 403.— An Act To correct the military record of Henry M. Holmes. February 4, 1903.[[Private, No. 347](/us/pvtl/57/347). *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry M. Holmes.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the records of the War Department in the case of Henry M. Holmes, late of Company A, First New Mexico Cavalry Volunteers, and issue, to him an honorable discharge from said organization as of the date of July thirty-first, *Proviso.*No pay, etc.eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
