CHAP. 400.— An Act To change and fix the time for holding district and circuit courts of the United States for the eastern division of the eastern district of Arkansas. February 3, 1903.[[Public, No. 55](/us/pl/57/55).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Haase of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the regular terms of theUnited States courts.Arkansas eastern judicial district.Terms at Helena,[R. S., secs. 672, 658, pp. 98, 120](/us/rs/s672/658/p98/120), amended.
United States district and circuit courts for the eastern division of the eastern district of Arkansas hereafter he held at Helena, Arkansas, on the second Monday in March and the first Monday of October in each year instead of the tunes now fixed by law. Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect and be inEffect. force from and after its passage. Approved, February 3, 1903.
