CHAP. 40.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary E. W. Morgan. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 15](/us/pvtl/57/15).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary E. W. Morgan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. W. Morgan, widow of Stokely Morgan, late lieutenant-commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional to the. minor child of said Stokely Morgan until said child shall have reached the age of sixteen years.
