CHAP. 391.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Starrat. February 2, 1903.[[Private, No. 340](/us/pvtl/57/340).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Starrat.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Starrat, late of Captain William Ross’s company, and Lieutenant Cornelius Taylor’s company, Florida Volunteers, Seminole Indian war. and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
