CHAP. 387.— An Act For a public building for a marine hospital at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. March 31, 1902.[[Public, No. 61](/us/pl/57/61).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pittsburg, Pa. Marine hospital authorized. *Post,* p. 423.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to purchase or otherwise procure a suitable site, and cause to be erected thereon, at the city of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, a suitable and commodious building for a marine hospital (the plans and estimates for said building to be prepared, examined, and approved in accordance with the law in such cases made and provided), at a cost which shall not exceed the Limit of cost.sum of one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars when finally completed.
