CHAP. 386.— An Act To correct the military record of James A. Somerville. March 29, 1902. [[Private, No. 326](/us/pvtl/57/326).] *Be it enacted by the. Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James A. Somerville. Military record corrected. That the President of the United States is hereby authorized and empowered to revoke the order of December tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. dismissing James A. Somerville, second lieutenant of Company K, Fifth Regiment New Jersey Infantry Volunteers, and to cause to be issued to him a certificate of discharge as of date December tenth, eighteen hundred and *Proviso.* No pay, etc.sixty-two: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
