CHAP. 383.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary A. Van Wormer. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 324](/us/pvtl/57/324).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary A. Van Wormer. Pension increased Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1310pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Van Wormer, widow of Aaron Van Wormer, late of Company A, Tenth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
