CHAP. 375.— An Act Granting a pension to Simeon Partridge. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 316](/us/pvtl/57/316).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Simeon Partridge. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Simeon Partridge, late of Company B, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
