CHAP. 374.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth K. Prescott. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 315](/us/pvtl/57/315).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth K. Prescott Pension Increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth K.
Prescott, widow of William H. Prescott, ate captain Company K, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and of Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902.
