CHAP. 368.— An Act Granting a pension to India Stewart. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 309](/us/pvtl/57/309).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, India Stewart. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of India Stewart, mother of John S. Stewart, lute captain Company A, First Regiment Colorado Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
