CHAP. 36.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Benjamin Grinnell. December 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 25](/us/pvtl/57/25).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin Grinnell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin Grinnell, late of Company H, Thirty-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, December 27, 1902.
