CHAP. 36.— An Act Granting a pension to Joseph W. Mulford. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 11](/us/pvtl/57/11).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJoseph W. Mulford.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Joseph W. Mulford, late acting ensign, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month, to be paid to his legally constituted guardian. Approved, February 27, 1902.
