CHAP. 349.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Clara A. Penrose. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 290](/us/pvtl/57/290).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Clara A. Penrose. Pension Increased. That, the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clara A. Penrose, widow of Charles B.
Penrose, ate major and commissary of subsistence, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she. is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902.
