January 30, 1903.[[Public, No. 43](/us/pl/57/43).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hot Springs Reservation, Ark.Time for completing incline railway extended.Vol. 28, p. 21.Vol. 31, p. 61.That the time for the completion of an incline railway upon the West Mountain of the Hot Springs Reservation, as provided by Act of Congress approved December twenty-first, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and as extended by Act of Congress approved March twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred, he further extended for the term of one year from and after the passage of this Act, and that said original Act, approved December twenty first, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, be continued in full force and effect.
