CHAP. 339.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jennie C. Ruckle. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 280](/us/pvtl/57/280).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, That the Secretary of theJennie C. Ruckle. Pension increased. Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1300pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie C. Ruckle, widow of Nicholas R.
Ruckle, late colonel One hundred and forty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902.
