CHAP. 337.— An Act To amend section fourteen of an Act entitled “An Act to divide the State of Texas into four judicial districts." January 30, 1903.[[Public, No. 40](/us/pl/57/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section fourteen of anTexas, western judicial district. Act entitled “An Act to divide the State of Texas into four judicial districts” passed at the first session of the Fifty-seventh Congress, approved March eleventh, nineteen hundred and two, and known as chapter one hundred and eighty-three, be so amended as that said section fourteen shall hereafter read as follows:
" “Sec. 14. That the United States circuit andTerms.*Ante*, p.69, amended. district courts for the western district of Texas shall be held in each year at the times and places as follows: “At Austin, in the country of Travis,Austin. on the fourth Monday of January and the second Monday of June. “At Waco, in the county of McLennan,Waco. on the second Monday of November and the fourth Monday of February. “At San Antonio, in the county of Bexar,San Antonio. on the third Monday of December and the first Monday of May.
“At El Paso, in the county of El Paso,El Paso. on the first Monday of October and the first Monday of April. ” " Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect on theIn effect March 31, 1903. thirty-first day of March, anno Domini nineteen hundred and three. Approved, January 30, 1903.
