CHAP. 335.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Cynthia A. McKenny. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 276](/us/pvtl/57/276).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theCynthia A. McKenny. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name, of Cynthia A. McKenny, widow of Thomas I.
McKenny, late major and aid-de-camp of volunteers and brevet brigadier-general United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902.
