CHAP. 331.— An Act For the relief of Hiram C. Walker. January 24, 1903.[[Private, No. 297](/us/pvtl/57/297).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hiram C. Walker.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of absence without leave from the name of Hiram C. Walker, late first 1571lieutenant of Company C, Tenth Regiment Illinois Cavalry, and to issue to him an honorable discharge to date from J une eighteenth, anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
