CHAP. 33.— An Act To transfer the county of Carroll from the northwestern division of the northern district of Georgia to the northern district of Georgia of the United States district and circuit courts, and for other purposes. February 26, 1902.[[Public, No. 24](/us/pl/57/24).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the county of Carroll, Georgia northern judicial district. Carroll County transferred from northwestern division.in the State of Georgia, be, and is hereby, transferred from the north-western division of the northern district of Georgia to the northern district of Georgia of the United States district and circuit courts; but this transfer shall not affect any suit or legal proceeding begun Vol. 31, p. 73. prior to the passage of this Act.
