CHAP. 327.— An Act Granting a pension to Abbie M. Packard. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 268](/us/pvtl/57/268).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and I louse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAbbie M. Packard. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Abbie M. Packard, helpless and dependent daughter of Charles Packard, late of Company D, Thirteenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and Company K, Thirtieth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
