CHAP. 319.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ann Demonbrun. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 260](/us/pvtl/57/260).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAnn Demonbrun. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann Demonbrun. widow of Francis M.
Demonbrun, late of Company D, Second Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided,* That in the case of the death of*Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of helpless child. the helpless child, Sallie Demonbrun, on whose account the pension of Ann Demonbrun is increased, the pension of said Ann Demonbrun shall continue only at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
