CHAP. 313.— An Act Granting a pension to John S. Lewis. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 254](/us/pvtl/57/254).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, John S. Lewis. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John S. Lewis, dependent father of John M. Lewis, late private, Company L, Third Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
