CHAP. 312.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary E. Chapman. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 253](/us/pvtl/57/253).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary E. Chapman. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Chapman, dependent mother of Lafayette Chapman, late of Company F, Eighty-ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
