CHAP. 310.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lyman Hotaling. January 23, 1903.[[Private, No. 276](/us/pvtl/57/276).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lyman Hotaling.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lyman Hotaling, late of Company L. Fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the. rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 23, 1903.
