CHAP. 307.— An Act Granting a pension to Michael Tynan. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 248](/us/pvtl/57/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Michael Tynan. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael Tynan, late of Company K, First Regiment United States Dragoons, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
